Invitel Carrier MPLS Service is the most flexible and cost effective way for carriers wanting to serve their customers in Hungary and the CEE region with a private IP VPN service offering up to 6 levels of QoS with prioritisation of delay and non-delay sensitive traffic as well as voice and multimedia applications.
IP VPN service provides routed paths among two or more endpoints of a designated user’s sites. The service was designed to allow customers deploy converged solutions such as voice and video transmission and traditional data transfer. IP VPN service leverages any telecommunication media and/or transmission technology that are able to carry IP traffic providing heterogeneous network design. Service is based on Invitel International’s MPLS network and secured by the transmission technology itself. IP VPN service is available beyond Invitel International’s footprint via carefully selected partner carriers that enable to access the service globally. Providing CPE is part of the service. To ensure proper handling of any customer traffic the service is QOS-enabled end-to-end. Service is available up to 155 Mbps. 24x7x365 central management (NOC) ensures proper fault resolution, fast service restoration and documentation in case of service interruption.
Value added services:
Back up
Backup feature provides additional access line to primary link to enhance resiliency. Traffic is switched to the secondary link once the main line fails. Level of resiliency may be further improved with using backup CPE and/or connecting secondary link to different POP in Invitel International’s network. Main and backup links do not share the same telecommunication media and route. Typical backup solutions are ISDN, xDSL, satellite, leased line.
Collocation
Collocation service covers physical hosting customer equipment in Invitel International’s premises. The service brings business advantage to customers in various aspects including avoiding building and maintaining a professional hosting environment. Network connectivity is presented via FastEthernet or GigabitEthernet interface providing access to private or public networks. Service is ideal to operate central company servers in a safe and secured.
International private line services
Invitel's hub is centrally positioned in the heart of Central Europe and is continuously developing its fibre optic network to deliver trans-European connections. International private line service offers a full range of options; from high-speed POP-to-POP connections. Transit, to smaller bandwidth End-to-End circuits in the CEE region and Caucasus.

Our colocation service provides a hiqh quality colocation environment for telecommunication service providers with interconnection possibilities to all major Hungarian and international telecom operators. Managed leased line service

Due to wide range of applications it may serve Invitel International’s MLLN service is suitable for any end-user for any telecommunication purpose. Service is available from DS0 (64 kbps) to STM-64 (10 Gbps).
Digital circuit is terminated via modem in customer premises that is provided by Invitel International and can utilize any local tail transmission media such as copper, fiber, licensed band microwave etc. MLLN service is available with various levels of protection to enhance service availability: MSP1+1 or SNCP or full protection end-to-end. Central management (NOC) ensures proper fault resolution, fast service restoration and documentation in case of service interruption.
Managed wavelength service
Provides point-to-point telecommunication path between endpoints for a designated user. Service is able to carry any data between endpoints and managed 24x7x365 end-to-end. Due to wide range of applications it may serve Invitel International’s MLLN service is suitable for any end-user for any telecommunication purpose. Service is available both 2,5 Gbps and 10 Gbps capacity. Managed wavelength service is available with various levels of protection to enhance service availability: MSP1+1 or SNCP or full protection end-to-end. Central management (NOC) ensures proper fault resolution, fast service restoration and documentation in case of service interruption.
IP transit
Service provides delivery of IP traffic between customer’s domain and the Internet. Service is provided as full transit that may deliver IP traffic to/from any location in the Internet. Service does not limit the amount of transmitted data. Bursting above committed bandwidth is not available. IP transit service is often compounded with leased line service. Service is available in the range from 2 Mbps to n*10 Gbps and monitored 24x7x365. Central management (NOC) ensures proper fault resolution, fast service restoration and documentation in case of service interruption.

Ethernet service
Provides point-to-point Ethernet link between two endpoints of a designated user (E-LINE). Service is available for customers to connect LANs with high availability and extremely low jitter. Invitel International Ethernet service conforms MEF standards. Local tail may either be fiber optic or licensed band microwave link and the service is provided over either MPLS or SDH. To further accommodate to customer needs transmission is QinQ-enabled and/or IEEE 802.1ad compliant. Access speed ranges from 2Mbps to 10Gbps. Individual links may be bundled into an Etherchannel or handed over on separate interfaces. Beside E-LINE service E-LAN is expected to be in production by 2010 Q3. Service is monitored 24x7x365 by central management (NOC) that ensures proper fault resolution, fast service restoration and documentation in case of service interruption.
